Very wooded area, includes 14 windows to see the wildlife. Lots of Birds, Deer and turkeys. Located next to the owners home but privacy is very important. Small deck. Located 3 miles from the town of Dahlonega which has a lot of activities. Restaurants, Music, Shopping. There are 9 wineries within 20 minutes of the house. Dahlonega is a great location for wedding and wineries. She left sweet treats and some bottled beverages for our enjoyment and decorated the cottage for Christmas. Even being a group of more than 2 people, we could easily enjoy sitting in the "living room" area to eat a meal and then move the two club chairs to open the sofa bed at night.
