This is my third stay at this hotel and I was surprised by the horrible experience this time. The room had roaches. I had to reach out to the staff 4 times on have someone from housekeeping to change the linens and towels and to empty the garbage cans. I call twice from the room and went to the front desk twice. I brought bug spray and sprayed the room myself. On the third day of my stay. I ended up placing the garbage in the hallway myself that afternoon.Someone finally came around 8 pm with towels. And I had to ask that person for toilet paper. They never changed the linens even though I asked. The only reason I stayed was because the located is only a block away from the university and I was moving my child into the dorm.

"Room was clean, BUT, could not use jacuzzi. There was dead bugs in it. We cleaned out but more parts appeared so no jacuzzi. Coffee was bad, overcooked hard boiled eggs. Pet friendly."
