LOCATION: This home is minutes from La Prades Marina, Bleu Canoe and Chop House, and half an hour from Helen, Clayton, and Clarksville.

DETAILS: You’ll love this stylish, 2-story home with spectacular Lake Views! “Seasons View” is a 5 bedroom, 4 full bathroom home with 15 foot ceilings in the main living area and generous space to move about the open concept great room.
The First floor is the heart of the home with an open concept kitchen, living and dining room accompanied by two master bedrooms and panoramic lake views throughout. The kitchen offers top appliance amenities that emphasize the modern zen of the entire house. The spacious screened in porch is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or late night dinners. Enjoy cooking burgers, BBQ chicken and steaks on the Weber Gas Grill. The double sliding doors provide ample space for guests to flow in and out of the home – an entertainers dream!
The lower level is an ideal space for the kids or the kid at heart, featuring a large living room with a pool table and lounging area.

In addition, this floor includes a big screen TV and bar which comes with a full size fridge, microwave and sink. Make your way out onto the lower level through the French doors and soak up the Mountain Air and Lake Views.

Lake Burton Family House

Very nice 5 bedroom house with 2 master suites. Perfect for a group of family or friends. Close to the water with a slip for a boat and a sandy beach.

Awesome house and location

My family visits the Helen/Lake Burton area at least once a year to remember my late father. This house is very nice has adequate room for all of us and we love that it is so near the lake. We can rent a boat and have use of a slip in the community dock.

Our family and friends stayed in this very comfortable, clean, and beautiful home. It is very spacious and accommodates your every need at Lake Burton. It is very easy to communicate with the owner and neighbors are very friendly. This is a perfect home for your next family vacation to Lake Burton.

Beautiful home

This beautiful home was clean and well stocked with things that we would need. We had a view of the lake from the porch and had an easy walk down to the dock (with a slip for a rented boat) and a small beach area with a fire pit. The house was located a short drive away to LaPrades Marina and a little longer drive to Anchorage where there were boat rentals and casual dock dining.

Lake Burton

5 bedroom 4 bath house about 50 feet from the water. Includes boat slip. 2 master suites, large well equipped kitchen, third bedroom with bath, 2 downstairs bedrooms (one with two bunks and the other with two queens) that share a bath. Pool table. This is our third stay and have never been disappointed. Appears to have been recently repainted.

Lake Burton

Very nice house that works great for large families. This is our fifth year staying here and has been nice every time. Boat slip comes with the house and makes it very easy to use the lake.

Great Family Vacation House

Another great stay @ 49 Seasons

This is our second time staying at this home and just like last year it was flawless and amazing. House is perfect and has everything you need for a family. Check-in and all communication was easy and quick. We love the available boat slip and ease of access to a quiet portion of Lake Burton. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Wonderful vacation!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely lake home. The house is clean, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. The screened porch is wonderful, and the home is just a very short walk to the community boat house and beach area, which is great for kids. The owner was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this property!

The house was perfect for our family

With two master bedrooms upstairs and separate downstairs bedrooms, pool table and TV area the house worked out great for our son and his friend. Having a covered dock to use is also a great benefit.

Lake Burton Getaway

We had 5 adults and 5 teens/1 kid, The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space. The dinner room table was used nightly for games and the beach area was perfect for in between boat trips.

Everything you might imagine

The home was nice, clean and is equipped with everything you might need. All we brought was food and drinks. The lake is gorgeous and serene. The community is quiet and peaceful. This is the perfect getaway home it’s simply picture perfect!

Best house on the lake.

We have been coming to Lake Burton for the last 8 years and typically look for a new house each year. That process will now change, as we found the best house in the lake. This place is amazing (maybe I shouldn’t say that though, so it’ll be available next year). The house is fully updated, clean and has everything you need. The shared boat house and community dock worked perfectly and the neighbors were extremely friendly and welcoming. Very easy to get to and is located in a very quiet portion of the lake. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Loved Lake Burton

Everything was great. Home and decor, furniture and landscaping all great. Plenty of room. Only negative was grill too small for ten adults; ice makers too slow; and convection fan on oven not working.

Fabulous and clean home!

We had a great time and this home was beautiful and very clean inside and out! They truly thought if everything. Loved the large screened in back deck where we enjoyed sitting out in the morning and the evenings! Access to the lake was great and we spent time relaxing at the little beach area and the deck area above the boat docks. The people at the Marina was very nice and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed having dinner at the Chop House…Renee was great! We had fun playing cornhole and pool in the lower level. It was also very helpful have two TVs so we could watch all the college football we wanted…Go Buckeyes! We would definitely love to stay here again!
