Not only does this home boast an incredible riverside location, up to six guests will enjoy a variety of amenities including a wood-burning fireplace for those chilly winter nights, free WiFi, a well-equipped kitchen, and an outdoor dining area with views of the river. If you're traveling with a larger group, there are also two other adjacent condos available (502 and 702) that can be rented to accommodate parties of up to 16. The condo is dated and could use some updating but clean. Seating in the living area needs more relaxing seats maybe 2 love seats or even a small sectional like from IKEA since it's a smaller area. ##### Jason W. There is no direct water access, the living area furniture needs to be replaced badly. The couch has a hole you sink into and the padding is completely gone in the arms. The chairs in the living area are very uncomfortable. The front bedroom has no curtains and is very bright at night even with the blinds. There is also missing floor trim between rooms that was replaced with a type of tape. There is water damage in the middle bathroom that makes it very uninviting.
