The property was gorgeous, very roomy. Helen is one of my family’s favorite places and this was very convenient to all the attractions. A very peaceful and tranquil setting.
There was plenty of space for all 12 of us. Everyone felt the beds were comfortable. The porches, hottub, and grill were nice. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Cabin
We loved the view and the all around deck. Cabin layout nice, plenty of space. Didn't feel we were on top of each other. TV's had lots of options for watching different shows. We had a very nice time.
The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. We loved having a pool table to play on and for everyone to have their own space. Our only issue was that the hot tub didn't work properly and this was one of the reasons we booked this house. We would absolutely stay here again if they got the hot tub fixed.
The house is beautiful and spacious, just as pictured. We had three families (six adults and three children) and there was plenty of room to spread out across the three floors of the house. The deck was perfect for spending time together, and I was surprised by how quiet the neighborhood was. The neighboring houses are spread out, which made it feel very relaxed and private. This was extremely convenient to downtown Helen and we really enjoyed our stay.
Fantastic spacious house. Great location in Helen.
We had a great, brief stay here in Helen! The house is very comfortable and well maintained. It was very clean. Would stay again for sure!
We didn’t receive the docusign document for gate access. We had to reach out to Vacasa to get that after arrival. You cannot get gate passes /access without completing that. Other than that hiccup, our stay was fantastic!

Beautiful cabin, great views!!!
An amazing place to relax and have great fun. From the minute we pulled into driveway and parked we were smiling. The place is perfect. The inside much bigger than we thought!! The decor is perfect and well "loved". Couches were comfy, beds great, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking!! Everyone from 10-47 found common ground at the poker table. I can’t remember the last time we had so much fun as a family. We’re already trying to decide the best time to come back! Thank you for an amazing place with so much character to enjoy!!!

Family Reunion
Big house, we had 12 people for a family reunion. Lots of room, nice decks for sitting outside and reminiscing. Very nice area, pretty subdivision. Close to town and Cleveland GA. (Nearest Walmart! LOL) Only big negatives are weak WIFI signal (hard to watch TV) and seems water heater may not be large enough (we ran out of hot water during showers.) Overall, we give it a 9 out of 10.

Best Mini Christmas trip!!!
This home was perfect for our family of 7. We had plenty of room and the lay out was great since we had teenagers. They had their own little kitchen area and game room downstairs with their bedrooms joining into that space as well. They had a blast!!! We decided to make memories this year for Christmas instead of spending money on gifts.
We did several activities while we were here in Helen. We even had visits from all types of wildlife- deer- woodpeckers - chipmunks and squirrels. We will rent this place again. It was wonderful!!🎄☃️🌲❄️⛄️🌲
Beautiful views, nice neighborhood, really close to Helen. Very clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of bathrooms, and great parking situation.
My only complaint is that the hot tub was ice cold when we arrived. We had kids that wanted to get in, but with a 4pm check in, there’s no way it’s going to be warm the first night. It really never got to the ideal temp. We could barely get it above 100degrees.
Also, there are two identical bunk rooms downstairs. That’s hard to see in photos, because they are truly identical. But they are nice, with full bed on the bottom.

Pretty house but a few major complications.
PROS:
Nice house design, spacious back porch, nicely furnished, comfortable beds.
CONS:
Water Heater kept tripping, Oven didn't work, Internet router had a loose wire and would keep going out, very few towels for number of people and days rented, had to purchase our own toilet paper and paper towels for number of days and people renting (not a deal breaker on that one), very difficult to throw garbage in the outside cans due to the puddling in the driveway and the way the bin is designed to open and have to pull the cans out...probably for bear protection, but really gross.

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
Vacasca
The property was as described. Large home. Close to the town of Helen. Is superficially clean. Could use a deep clean. Great hot tub. Great game room.
My interaction with Vacasca was not good. I sent questions before the trip with regards to kitchen supplies and got, what seemed to be, automated responses. I wound up taking unnecessary items. The check-in process was not smooth. My name was not in the list at the guard house. Fortunately he allowed us to enter. We had a question with how to get the front door code to open. I called Vacasca and got a response 2 hours later. Fortunately we had figured out how to open the door.
Note: Once the code is entered, both door handles must be turned in order to open the door.
Bottom line. House was good for our 3 days trip, but I will not rent another property that is managed by Vacasa.

Roomy
Here's the pros..Plenty of room for our family which included parents, two teenagers, older son and his wife and baby and the aunt.. So the upstairs king took the one couple and baby, the bottom level had two bunk rooms so the teenagers took one and the aunt took the other and the parents had the floor king. All had their own bathrooms and there was an extra in the laundry room right off the kitchen. Cons: dirty! Literally trash and food in the couch, food under the couch, Easter stuff under one of the beds... EASTER! Dried dog poop in the upstairs loft area. Numerous pet stains on all the carpets.
We of course reported it and took pictures and submitted them and the company was very nice throughout the process. Just disappointed that for the amount of money we paid the place was superficially cleaned. Also if you're playing on staying more than two days bring extra trash can liners as they only give you two.
Overall it accommodated everyone, plenty of room to move around and separate and close(not walkable) but close in driving distance to downtown Helen, which is why we went!
House was fantastic. Well equipped and the many beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table, poker table and cornhole. We were disappointed that the fireplace was not working but other than that is was great!
