Fastest WiFi available with a Google Mesh network so you have full 300 Mbps in every corner of the house. 2(3) brand new 55" Roku Tvs with all the Live channels and sports so you can get away and still have all of the live sports that you want to keep up with. Wii entertainment system with plenty of games for the whole family. Now the important part, Coffee! The Coffee Bar is always open at Das Mahlberg Gasthaus. We have a ground coffee maker that can do single serve or pots. We have 2 reserved parking spaces right at the front door and there are a few shared visitor spaces just up the hill. Bring your river toys to cool off in the summer! Wilder Forest neighborhood has its own private stretch of the Chattahoochee for everyone to play in. Located right across the river from the waterpark, you can bring a lawnchair and cooler and be within earshot of the kids at the WaterPark. Or drive upstream with your inner-tube and float back to the condo. Walk Downtown! We are a short walk to all that Downtown Helen has to offer, Waterpark, Restaurants, Festhall, Mountain Coaster, Mini-Golf, and shopping! Waterfalls and Wineries! Place was very clean and great size! Great parking area and just 3 mins from town! Would lobe to stay here again in the future.Had 3 groups of parents and kids and 1 pair of parents. My family of 14 really enjoyed our stay and still had two beds available for sleeping. This home had everything we need from bedding to amenities. Clean and they had everything you need for vacation. Only thing didn't like is top floor had 6 bed with only 1 small window unit AC so it was super hot. Do recommended to bring your fan. This is your place! We had the best time in Helen! This home was perfectly located to try everything the town offered. The layout of the house was perfect for a family of 12\. The top floor with all the beds was so fun for our kids and their friends. Each room felt like great master rooms with bathrooms and lovely bedding. Decor of house was very nice! The kids really enjoyed the 3rd floor open concept . it was all fun in the sun for them. The wife and I got to enjoy Master Bedroom on the second level and it was very relaxing. The owner made check-in and check-out a very simple process.MAJOR HIGHLIGHT: The area is right outside of the Tubing park and when it opens for the summer we look forward to coming back. We were a 3 minute drive from downtown and we walked everyday to fully enjoy the scene! ##### Roderick F. We chose this listing for its size and ability to accommodate 2 families. Kids loved the loft beds. Both king rooms on the 2nd floor were perfect. The basement oasis for the 21 year old was spot on. Walking Distance This property was clean and perfect for a big group of friends coming to Helen to enjoy Oktoberfest. Maybe a 10 minute walk to the start of Downtown and all the festivities, and ample places to rest. I will say, there were a couple of property damages which I can only assume are from past parties, so if anything, just mention them ahead of time (which i did not do), but overall we would absolutely come again. ##### Michael L. Our family of 10 (1 grandma, 3 adult kids + SOs, 4 grandkids) stayed over the New Year's weekend. The location was fabulous, the house was exactly as described, and there was enough space to spread out as needed. The cousins LOVED sharing the loft and the adults loved being able to sit at the kitchen table and play board games after kid bedtime. We're already talking about coming back in the summer for tubing and waterslides. ##### Katie A. The town home is so spacious we, a group of 9, never felt cramped. The older kids loved the loft. Each king bedroom is oversized and the bedding was so comfortable. I was so impressed to see personal touches and well thought out extras like personal care products in the bathroom. If you forget your toiletries, most of the basics were provided such as q-tips, feminine hygiene products, etc. Communication was great with the hosts and they never hesitated to answer my questions. We will absolutely look to book here again if we travel back to Helen. ##### Kristy H.
