This is a beautiful, very clean, nicely decorated condo that is all on one level and conveniently located close to town and activities. The rooms are very spacious. The communication from the property manager was excellent. It was great for our toddler because there were no stairs inside to worry about. There is another condo above so we could hear some noise from there, but not bad. We would highly recommend this condo. ##### Charlotte T. I made the reservation for this place on VRBO and will say that it was a perfect choice. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The unit was immaculately clean, was in a great location within easy walking distance to the shops in Helen. Our only issue was that the guests in the unit directly above us were very heavy walkers with children that liked to jump and run inside. We contacted the rental company and they reached out to the guests - the second night was much quieter. The private porch was very nice and if we ever find ourselves back in Helen, GA, we would definitely rent from them again (only this time we would choose the top floor unit). ##### Rhonda R. A small grocery store very near, the village is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. We took 2 of our grandchildren, ages 13 and 16 and they said they had a truly great time! We all rode on the Mountain Roller Coaster, went to the Mindscapes Escape Room and tons of shopping. There are lots of restaurants in town too. Well worth going back to and would choose that Alpine Condo A again! Parking is right outside the door! There are 4 or 5 steps up to the condo and a bench outside the door on the porch.
