Frühstücksbuffet schlecht organisiert, wenig Platz man versucht mit Teller durch Menschen Menge durchkommen ohne Essen zu verlieren. Personal: eigentlich nett, aber stellt manchmal unnötige Fragen oder stellt die so dass man sich angegriffen fühlt bzw. Dass Privatsphäre angegriffen wird. Z.B, wir müssten/ wollten früher auschecken und dann frage: warum? Erst dann später: ob das an uns (Hotel) liegt?...

Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for...

"De plek van het Hotel is precies aan de buitenkant van het wat voelt als het Bernburg over de rivier. Vanaf het hotel kan je bijna overal in Bernburg naartoe lopen en er zit een klein park recht tegen over het hotel wat perfect in om te gebruiken in de avond om tot rust te komen."

"Das Ferienhäuschen ist ein absolutes Schmuckstück. Am Waldrand mit eigenem, gut eingezäunten wild-wuchernden Garten (zur Alleinnutzung). Alleine der Garten würde eine Buchung rechtfertigen: Zwei Terrassen auf zwei verschiedenen Ebenen, eine kreative Mischung aus Sitzgelegenheiten, Feuerschale, Elektrogrill, ein Türchen zum Wald, eine Sitzbank mit Blick über das Örtchen bis weit in den Harz hinein. An heißen Sommertagen würde man sich ein, zwei Bäume zum Beschatten wünschen, aber die wachsen gerade noch. Das Häuschen steht dem in Nichts nach: Ganz neu gebaut, mit hochwertiger, moderner Ausstattung (bis hin zu Kleinigkeiten wie den Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten oder Fliegengittern an jedem Fenster) und durch die kluge Raumaufteilung (zwei kleine Schlafzimmer, dafür ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile) wirkt es luftig und hell (wir waren mit zwei Personen und zwei kleinen Hunden da). Passend dazu sind die Vermieter:innen top: auf Anfragen wird lösungsorientiert, schnell und super nett geantwortet. Das Internet reicht für Urlaubszwecke aus - wenn es fürs Arbeiten genutzt würde, wäre es etwas knapp. Uns hat bei unserem Aufenthalt nur eine Kleinigkeit eingeschränkt (für die niemand etwas kann): Unser reaktiver Hund war etwas gestresst von zwei kleinen Nachbarhunden ein paar Gärten weiter, die tagsüber (zum Teil bis 22Uhr) fast durchgängig im Garten kläffen - laut den anderen Nachbar:innen leider ein dauerhaftes Problem. Wir suchen jetzt schon nach Daten, an denen wir wiederkommen!"

"Das Hotel wirbt mit Spa, Schwimmbad und drei Saunen – in Wahrheit war nur eine Sauna nutzbar. Die anderen waren außer Betrieb, ohne jeglichen Hinweis vorab. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse eine Frechheit. Die Nutzung von Saunatüchern kostet 5 € extra – in einem Spa-Hotel völlig unverständlich und kleinlich. Das Personal war durchgehend unfreundlich und offensichtlich genervt von jeder Frage. Antworten lauteten regelmäßig: „Keine Ahnung“ oder „Google es“. „Wie kommen wir nach Thale?“ – „Keine Ahnung.“ „Haben Sie eine Taxi-Nummer?“ – „Nein, googeln Sie.“ „Können wir unser Gepäck nach dem Checkout kurz hier lassen?“ – „Wir haben keinen Platz. Stell die Sachen einfach neben die Eingangstür.“ – Drin, aber ungesichert und für jeden zugänglich da Personal nicht immer am Tresen sitzt. Unglaublich! Der einzige Lichtblick war das Frühstück – das war gut. Aber selbst das kann diesen Aufenthalt nicht retten. Fazit: Nie wieder. Finger weg. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen"

"Arrived at 10.30pm after a day of visiting clients and a long drive from Dusseldorf where we got held up in a lot of traffic to find out the hotel was closed no one was there and now stuck with nowhere to go. I hadnt noticed that in the small print it states check in closes at 10pm a detail I think should be highlighted not hidden in small details. Extremely disappointed no one tried to ring or message from the hotel to see if we were arriving. I accept we were late but would have been better for someone to contact us as we were only just after the cut off. They could have left the keys out for us but no they just locked up and left us stranded"
