#### Soak in baths, sweat in steam rooms or just relax with a television show at a spa located very close to Haneda International Airport.

Although it’s hidden in a commercial complex, there may be no lovelier sight to a tired traveler than Heiwajima Hotspring. Located near the airport, this onsen, or Japanese spa, is the perfect stop after coming off a punishing red-eye flight. Alternatively, relax before getting on a plane. Pay a flat fee to spend a few hours here resting and rejuvenating in the sparkling clean facilities.

Change out of your street clothes and head into the bath areas, which are separated by gender. Feel enlivened by the gentle bubbles of the carbonated bath or soak in the warm water of the heated pool. Sweat out everything in the steam room and then reset with a dip into the icy plunge pool that sits right outside. Soothe specific complaints, such as high blood pressure or joint pain, in the baths designed for those purposes. Book your choice from a variety of massage types to take your relaxation to the next level.

Take advantage of the free grooming implements available in the locker rooms. Then wander out into the rest of the spa. Settle into one of the comfortable reclining chairs for a nap or catch up on Japanese soap operas on the small personal screens. Entrance fees cover several hours of access, even overnight stays, so relax.

After having a little breakfast in the on-site restaurant, head out into Ota and Tokyo ready for anything.

Heiwajima Hotspring is extremely close to Ota’s Haneda International Airport. The airport is a 15-minute bus ride away. Several airlines also provide a shuttle to the site with certain tickets. Walk from the nearest train station in just a few minutes. If you use the bus service from Omori station, the cost can be recouped against the admission fee for the hotspring. Limited parking is available at the complex, so public transportation is the best option.

The spa is open all day, every day. Entrance fees include access to steam rooms, baths and relaxation rooms, with extra charges for food and massage services.

Close to Haneda, plenty of convenience stores around, many local eateries nearby that are delicious, room was super clean, well stocked with amenities, LOVE LOVE THE FULL HOUSEKEEPING - they do a super clean, top up of amenities, PLUS a full change of all the bedsheets. Daily towel change - including face towels. Third stay for us. Washing machine/dryer in the room was so awesome and convenient - well thought of with many hangers and rack for drying if you prefer to hang them up - the heater in the room will dry them overnight while you sleep. Many train stations near by to get to, Bonus was 2 stops to Ginza + Tsukiji Market. Totally nice vibe, not hectic crazy like Shinjuku or Shibuya. Definitely will stay again.
