"We had a lovely time staying at Braeside, and found the cottage was exactly as the listing stated. The location is just remote enough to feel like you're really in the countryside, but near enough to Wooler that you're able to nip to the shops. The cottage was cosy and toasty warm, with a lovely welcome basket full of goodies. En-suites for both of us was a luxurious treat. The issue was the agent company who are managing the property - they failed to update the details on the heating contribution costs, send us any info about how to check-in or pass on the owners details or the owners request for our bank details to return the deposit.
