"Can't beat the location and the price, but the room was small. We had a sliver of a window and no air circulation (AC isn't on until later in the season). We did ask for a fan and the front desk did comply. Everyone who worked there was very nice. "

"The location appears to be in an area that is in progress, it is a bit out of central Brussels but easily accessible by tram which is right outside the door. Breakfast was good (extra cost), although we weren’t charged for my granddaughter on one day then charged the next, got a bit of attitude from the waitress when confronted. Weird issue with the credit card being declined at check in. The restaurant/bar is noisy at night but we couldn’t hear it in our room. Beds were comfortable and coffee, tea and water provided. Room was always too warm, luckily the window opened. Bathroom was spacious. Overall a decent stay."

"I was very upset as big name of Holiday inn hotel I came by train from Rotterdam to Brussels by train in airport I was waiting for shuttle bus almost 1 hour waiting outside in cold . After I took taxi to hotel . Cost me money to get to hotel they should have shuttle every 30 mins in this kind of hotel . Very upset "

"Great location. No sitting area in hotel. It’s attached to the Lloyd Coffee eatery on the main level. Noisy at night. Arrived very early. Was checked in early into an upgraded room. I got very ill my first night there… Thank you to the morning front desk clerk(I did not get her name). She came to my room to see what I needed and sourced some supplies for me as I was too ill to leave my room."

"Great hotel, location & helpful staff. Easy walking to dining, shopping and local trains. Comfortable bed, but at 6’ tall, bedding covered shoulders or feet! Lovely small dining room, good food… but enjoy the international dining options within 10 min walk. Be aware the gym is very small. Overall, enjoyed our stay."

"Although the staff were very friendly and helpful the hotel is in need of a refresh . It’s starting to look very shabby in places. We paid for a better room and while bigger in size it was very basic and old fashioned and disappointing for the money paid. No fridge , water or tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was very good with a big selection."
