Heinles Mill

Lovely city centre hotel. Room was cosy but comfortable with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Very central - easy access to public transport. Staff were very helpful - giving us ideas of places to visit including Killesberg park and the Jazz Open events. Excellent buffet breakfast too.

The hotel is very traditional There is no elevator to every floor I missed the coffee or water in the lobby for a spa hotel a Must. !!

Despite the breakfast room being bustling with guests, Gabrielle remained a pillar of poise and professionalism.
