Breakfast was a bit disappointing, there was very little available especially hot,maybe we could have asked but the kitchen staff were not very approachable. "What an amazing hotel. I was staying in the area for work, but the hotel made it feel like a holiday! The decor was beautiful and characterful. Apart from a neighbouring guest with a very loud TV late at night, the hotel was very peaceful. My room was stunning and with an amazing view from the balcony. The facilities were clean and the shower was excellent. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and I also enjoyed 2 evening meals during my stay, both of which were really good. The real surprise was the spa and fitness area. So much variety and so well maintained. On both evenings I enjoyed spending time on the 'hanging beds' in the quiet room, in front of an open window, taking in the Austrian scenery. Oh... and there were cats... several of them living outside, but just as welcoming! I will definitely return."
