The bright living area with a comfortable sofa corner, a dining area by the window, and a flat-screen TV invites you to relax. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven and dishwasher. The highlight of the apartment is the spacious, south-facing roof terrace – enjoy the direct view across the inland lake to the sea and unwind.

Two comfortable bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed, its own TV, and a spacious wardrobe, as well as another bedroom with two single beds, offer ample space for the whole family. The modern spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower provides added comfort.

A private parking space directly at the house, as well as storage for bicycles and SUPs in the open basement area, are also available.
