Quiet self-contained apartment with terrace and parking

Our self-contained apartment is above our fitness and rehabilitation studio. We also use the stairs 1–2 mornings a week to reach a small office next to the apartment. The apartment itself is separate and lockable. There are no other neighbours in the building, so you can enjoy peace and quiet.



The light-filled living/dining area has a cosy XXL sofa and a large TV. With a mattress topper, the sofa converts into a large double bed. The bedroom has a modern queen-size bed with lighting and a chest of drawers.



The well-equipped kitchen has a small dining table for 2. For 4 guests, we reposition the table and provide 2 extra chairs. The bright bathroom has a curved shower enclosure, a hairdryer, towels, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The storage room has space for suitcases and drinks, plus an iron, a hand brush and cushions for the garden lounge furniture.



The large terrace is at the quiet rear of the building, away from the road—perfect for a sundowner or barbecue.



Arrival: Outside studio opening hours, keys are available from a key safe with a single-use code. Late check-out is possible by arrangement. A private parking space and a bus stop are right outside. We rent out 2 e-bikes for an extra fee. EV charging stations are about a 5-minute drive away. Bringing a dog? The town park, Kreistannen and surrounding fields are nearby. The North Sea is about 20 km away.
