"Too crowded, long line to check in and the indoor pool was not working, so many people in the pools everything towels, shoes and clothes over the pool areas "

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The furniture was heavily worn — the sleeper sofa was especially bad, with springs and parts of the frame sticking out of the mattress. My daughter actually hurt her back because of it, which is completely unacceptable. The upholstery on multiple pieces of furniture was torn and worn down to holes. The carpet looked old, stained, and poorly maintained. The refrigerator didn’t function properly either — it froze everything like a freezer instead of keeping items at a normal temperature. On top of that, the water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very weak, making basic use frustrating. What made the experience worse was the staff’s attitude — they seemed indifferent and unresponsive to concerns, offering little to no help. Overall, this hotel is in serious need of maintenance and better customer service. I would not recommend staying here."

"Be careful which part of the property you stay in. I can’t speak to the other parts but construction on the slide/pool was on one side of my room and I was close to the working pool on the other side. The room does not keep sound out whatsoever. The room had someone else’s little black hair all over the bathroom and dirt/dust was over a lot of surfaces. Beds are horrible to sleep on longer than 1 night. I didn’t have the best stay between the noise, cat poop smell walking out to the beach and them scaring me when they got on different floors and the sore back from the bed. There was only 1 good working elevator and I got stuck in one of the others. I took the stairs after that. The pools seemed to be nice the ones that were open and the outside amenities were nice like the tiki bar and the fire tables. Lastly I didn’t like how pushy they were about going to the timeshare events. I’m not sure I’ll stay at this hotel again. "

"Room was ok but in front of construction with noise They could have put us in a room away from construction they told us that is the room we got through Expedia Air condition heating very noisy smelly had to close it could not sleep Drinking water terrible taste Low selection very average breakfast Do not recommend this hotel The building they sent is to is behind a busy street not on the beach"

"I stayed at this property several times and each time I have been satisfied with the location. The cleanliness of the room the staffing is good"

"I would definitely NOT recommend this establishment, if my LIFE depended on it!! They could care less about their customers. Customer Service and maintenance are a JOKE. The air conditioner was never fixed. in the room. Nor, did I move to the room that was being saved for me. They sold the room to someone else, instead. The management is HORRIBLE!! This African American Female, Solo Traveler was treated inhumane, eleven hours from home."

"Room was clean view was great. Had to walk across the road to check in which was wierd while it was marked it just was unexpected. The resort was under construction and parking was tight. Worth the $ just wasn’t for me."
