This would’ve been fine except for the fact that several attempts at communication via phone and email where ignored when I was inquiring about a refund but they were pretty quick to let me know that there was a fire when I asked them what the issue was. I strongly advise that Verbo take this property off their list, as they have no ability to communicate with the customer whatsoever, and really made me feel like I was getting scammed at one point.
