"This was a return visit to Pear Tree Annexe for me and it was every bit as cosy, comfortable and relaxing as before! The location is perfect being so close to all amenities but still incredibly peaceful and with lots of gorgeous walking very close by. I always have the nicest time staying here and the hosts are incredibly welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend Pear Tree Annexe in every respect and certainly look forward to my next holiday there!!"

Extremely quiet but very accessible.We appreciated the space of a house, for two people (and a dog!) and also the fact that we were able to book for the exact dates of our stay.Warm (temperatures outside were around zero) and comfortable (very comfortable bed!)Very well-equipped kitchen … just missing the means to make fresh coffee!Definite recommendation from us!"

"Lovely little cottage. We booked here as it was close to Cannon Hall Farm, Hall and gardens, which was the main purpose of our visit -10mins drive up the road!
