We were not there for the beach or the surfing but if we were this would be a great location for those activities. The apartment was clean and extremely spacious and very comfortable. We met Tyson at his home down the road to gain access, directions were good and checkin was easy. The village is small and the area is quiet and the grocery store is in the next village not to far away. It would have been nice to have some soap/shampoo provided as when we arrived stores were already closed but all in all it worked for what we needed for our 3 days in Cornwall. ##### Carmen G. Archival ### 4/10 Poor #### Douglas R. 24 Sept 2017 #### 5 Godrevy house overall it was a lovely little cottage with nice sized rooms however the description said 600 metres from beach and the distance was twice that so unless it meant as the crow flies this was inaccurate also the overall cleanliness standard was not very high there were no cleaning products left in the property so we bought our own there was no hoover or broom in the property either so not easy to clean up after ourselves the drainage in both showers was poor and filled up so had to turn off until drained away and the bed in the master bedroom squeaked on every movement and not a little squeak but very loud just rolling over could be heard in every room in the cottage not conducive to a good nights sleep we will not be returning as we do not feel it was good value for money ##### Douglas R.
