Country cottage with farm animals and hot tub near beaches

Noonvares House is a 4 bedroom country cottage dating from the 16th Century, bordering the River Hayle and Godolphin National Trust estate. It is ideally located, away from the busy tourist center's, yet they are only a short 15 -20 minutes drive away from many of Cornwall's best beaches. Noonvares House has lots of farm animals, including hens, ducks, pygmy goats and ponies. Fresh eggs every day! There are lots of outdoor seating areas, play areas for children, hammocks by the river, a 6 seater hot tub with Bluetooth and chimeneas for evenings under the stars.

A beautiful place

The house was beautiful in an idyllic setting with a family feel to it. It was magical and had everything needed for a memorable holiday. A perfect place for relaxing. The hot tub was a great feature especially for the teenagers and the outside space was amazing with access to the stream and hammocks. The host, Elizabeth was really friendly and helpful and provided good suggestions for days out. The info provided was also clear and helpful in a friendly way. As a family group we would wholly recommend this property, we felt we had been lucky to find it. Thank you Liz and family.

Really enjoyed it. Nice welcome with local Gin, eggs that could be collected daily, tea, coffee.

Everything was as described. Only feedback I could give is, could have done with another toilet as it is catered for 9 people. Also an outside light for the jacuzzi.
