Amazing Home!
This beautifully decorated home had everything we could have needed and then some. The house was exceptionally clean, well-stocked and every attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The views from every floor were spectacular! We will definitely be back!
We really enjoyed our stay at Nantahala Treehouse. The views were some of the best we've ever seen! The house was just as advertised and really clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were even toiletries in the bathroom! We had a wonderful stay. The drive was steep (but resulted in those incredible views). Priscilla was super sweet and great to work with too!
The view was better than described, the photos can not capture the colors and beauty from the balconies. The cabin had more amenities than we could take advantage of. Perfect place to take the entire family, plenty of room to have your own separate space.
Absolutely fantastic property! Three levels of clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable accommodations. House is exactly as pictured, and the views are amazing. Our 7 year old grandson enjoyed the air hockey table and fire pit for s’mores. Close enough to towns for day trips, but secluded enough to be peaceful. Road up is paved, but steep, however the views and house are totally worth it. Well stocked with necessities, and even had snacks! Thank you so much for sharing your house with us!
Great location and home. We enjoyed everything about the location.
just a few items of note. Trash cans were full when we arrived. Could not figure how the Master shower nozzle worked to get the shower head to operate. Lady bug beetles and Box elder bugs were present in the home, but they really didn't concern us much. Thank you for the wood to burn by the way. We really did enjoy our stay and the fabulous views. Would absolutely stay again.
We spent 8 nights at the Nantahala Treehouse. The cabin was wonderful and the mountain views were outstanding. My wife and I very much enjoyed the Master Bedroom with its private deck overlooking the gorgeous closeup mountain views. I was especially impressed with the many special touches- main deck coffee bar with coffee, hot chocolate, pastries, crackers, the upstairs coffee machine and refrigerator in the Master Bedroom area, basket of candy and popcorn for movie time in the downstairs game room, all the necessary dishes, pots, and, pans for preparing meals, etc. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely consider coming back to the Nantahala Tree House again.
Most importantly, what a great house. Spacious enough to handle 5 couples and a great view of the valley and mountain ridges. I will say that the ladybugs (apparently being in season), yellow jackets, and even a few wasps have no issue getting into the screened in patio through the deck slats - and then they get trapped in there. The dishwasher didn't drain, so everything had to be washed by hand. Not a deal breaker, but it was an annoyance and worth a hands up on. Overall though, gorgeous area, house, and view.
