About this property

Lake view and lakes access home on Lake Chatuge -mountain view -spacious home.

  • Lake view and lakes access home , the home has gorgeous views of the lake from most of the rooms. Just a two minute walk to the lake. Home is located in a beautiful older neighborhood. It’s on a quiet cove that is perfect to paddle board on. We have two paddle boards we provide for your use. With 3 bedrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms plus a large additional living room in the basement you will have plenty of room for your entire family or group. Will park 5 cars easily. Access to the home is very easy ,with no steep driveways. Huge front porch overlooking the lake. 3.9 miles from downtown hayesville. 13 miles from downtown Hiawassee. Two of the three bedrooms upstairs have beautiful views of the lake as well as the living room and kitchen. We also have a patio in the front of the house that is perfect for grilling. There is a patio off the basement as well.
