"Novotel Hauptbahnhof was truly perfect for a 5 night stay in Wien with my parents, where we needed easy access to the Hauptbahnhof and public transit. The D line is 3 mins away, and the train station is even closer. The staff here were incredible, warm, and helpful, the restaurant and especially the bar staff were amazing, and the property is a great value for the amenities, rooms, and the convenience. Our flight arrived in Wien early, and even though we were able to store our bags for a bit, our room was ready shortly before 10am. 10 out of 10, no notes!"

"Summary: comfortable, clean rooms that are in a good location for the airport and the city centre. We stayed at Jimmy's for 3 nights in a one bedroom apartment, with a double bed in its own room and a sofa bed in the living room. The beds were comfortable. The living room had a big TV in it. There was a small kitchen with a coffee machine and dishwasher; both with pods, and a table with 4 chairs. The bathroom had a good hot shower, a hair dryer, some liquid soap (at the shower and sink) and lots of toilet roll. There were cupboards with hangers and drawers, a hotel safe and an iron and board. There was plenty of space and lots of power sockets. Only 1 mirror above the bathroom sink. The door codes were sent by email before we arrived and worked well. The building front door is quite heavy to push open. The location is great: 5 min walk to the airport train (runs every 30 mins and takes 20 mins); 10 mins to the U3 U-bahn and the team stop, which take 15 mins and 30 mins to get to the centre of the city respectively. The area is a quiet, mainly Muslim residential area. It is 10 minutes walk to a nearby main street has plenty of small restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. We were able to get something to eat when we first arrived, even though it was nearly 11pm. Overall highly recommended; we would stay again."
