If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, the home was comfortable, clean, spacious, convenient and just overall perfect! The back deck was a haven to relax in and listen the birds chirping and the leaves of the trees rustling in the wind. The trip up to the home is beautiful with amazing views of Hayden Lake, and the roads were easy to navigate. Inside the home we had every amenity we could possibly need. The layout of the bedrooms offered privacy and the beds were super comfy! The booking process was simple, I received all stay info, and the management company was wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable about the home and the area.
