Plenty of bedrooms for sleeping, and the kitchen/living area was great for hanging out. The property is also in a prime location--it is a short drive to local breweries, the public beach, and other lake attractions. I also appreciated how clean the property was when we arrived and that the owner provided everything we needed, including linens, towels, dishes, etc. Very convenient! It was comfortable and spacious for our family of 6\. With that said, there were so many HOA rules (and threats of fines). We were disappointed that the advertised sandy beach was inaccessible to renters. Rooms where clean and well sized. Living room and kitchen had everything and anything you could possibly need. Check in and check out was a breeze and host was more than accommodating.
