the resort was pretty nice but they don't provide anything you need help with. If you need anything, you either have to bring it or they will charge you for the smallest things. they wouldn't even give regular water without having to pay for a bottle or going to the bar by the pool. the staff are pretty nice. this resort is also very expensive for little things. all the money you pay for the things on the resort, you might as well pay for an all inclusive and be more relaxed there. my room balcony door was broken and didn't lock and i also didn't get the room i initially paid for. overall, if you're younger and want to have fun, i don't recommend this resort. if you're looking for just a quiet setting with nothing to do, then this resort would probably be a better option.

Host was amazing, everything was great! Only constructive criticism I’d give is mattress is probably due for an update. Would 1000% stay here again it was excellent!!!
