Red squirrels abound at this cottage, along with roe deer, numerous colourful birdlife and the occasional otter. An ideal location for nature lovers and walkers.
A relaxing and comfortable stay awaits you at Red Squirrel Haven. The open plan living space is perfect for socializing and spending quality time with family or friends in the large living room with wood burner, through to a dining area with a farmhouse table, kitchen with wooden units and integrated appliances. There is also a bathroom and utility room. The kitchen leads to a conservatory with seating, an ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee and watch the squirrels feeding and playing. Food for them and the birds is supplied to keep them visiting. Patio doors lead out onto a large, decked area with a table and chairs and an enclosed paddock/garden ideal for those bringing dogs. There are two double bedrooms, each its own staircase. One with an adjacent shower room and landing, the other with windows overlooking the garden.
While you will undoubtedly be enchanted by the peacefulness of this remote location, there are plenty of attractions nearby. The nearby market town of Hawes is just a short drive away and boasts an array of local shops, cafés, and restaurants.
