we had a fantastic trip over the Easter long weekend (and was lucky to enjoy some amazing summer weather) ..... we used the "lodge" as a great central spot to undertake our various trips including to the wonderful nearby beaches ... needed the car but this suited us fine ... the place itself is very charming and was incredibly spacious and roomy .... with a huge living room and rooms ... the only improvement we would have recommended would be to replace the mattresses with firmer options as they we too soft for us. Great stay and would be happy to come back again ...
