This magnificent houseboat welcomes you on Lake Havel. This type of holiday promises you freedom on the water without sacrificing comfort and tasteful furnishings. Equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, life inside is connected to the outside world and lets your gaze glide over the water. Enjoy plenty of time outdoors on the lower and upper decks, sunbathing or dining in the open air.



The boat is 12.60 metres long and 4.50 metres wide and has a 50 hp engine. It is not possible to lock or moor the boat on your own. If you want to go on holiday on the water but don't want to drive the boat yourself, the houseboat can also be used as a floating holiday apartment with a 30m² roof terrace.



Additional costs are incurred for petrol consumption and, if applicable, a mandatory extended skipper's liability insurance. The deposit must be transferred to the owner before arrival. This property does not participate in the small claims concept. The skipper is fully liable for any damage to the rented property that exceeds the amount of the deposit. At the various guest moorings you will receive information about the respective sights and restaurants in the vicinity.

The starting point for your boating holiday is the Lower Havel Waterway, which is characterised by extensive kilometres of river. From here you can start a long journey in the middle of one of the most beautiful water sports areas in Germany and even Europe. At the various guest piers, you can get information about the sights and restaurants in the vicinity. If you are a fishing enthusiast, you can pursue your hobby from the boat after acquiring a fishing licence or enjoy swimming.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 111.53 per stay. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
