We are sorry to read this review, we always advise our customers to inform themselves well before visiting Cuba. If you do not know how to adapt, we do not recommend visiting CubaMy house offers a unique view, the rooms are comfortable.It is a colonial style house that gives you an experience of the past. We have high roofs, stylish furnishings and the windows are made of wood.Havana is a lively capital and as such it is not a silent place, if you come here for the silence we recommend going out of the city but then you have to travel many kilometers to be in the centre.We are a tropical country and as such there are mosquitoes, not only in my house but all over the country. In our welcome message we always recommend bringing repellent.Regarding the prices of taxis and tours, I am not the one who makes them and this review cannot concern other services that I do not offer.My job is to welcome customers and I can give them advice but we don't deal with currency exchange or organizing tours.Cuba is not an economic country as many think, Havana is a capital and as such costs are in line with international ones.There are all-inclusive trips and if you are not familiar with them next time we advise you to avoid doing it yourself.

The customer booked a room without a balcony and arrogantly and threateningly claimed to be able to change it. If it had been available we would have done a free upgrade. We are always very helpful with our customers but it is not correct to threaten ourselves with negative feedback and not respect the rules of the structure by disturbing other customers.
