You’ll appreciate the comfort of the 3 private bathrooms with toilets adjoining the bedrooms. This manor house, built in 1773, has been restored using healthy, natural materials (hemp, wood). Located in the town centre, in the heart of the Pays de Caux, you’ll have access to an enclosed garden of approximately 400 m² with a large, secure parking area. Ground floor: - kitchen (oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher), - living-dining room with TV, (decorative fireplace) - 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 160x200 cm) with an adjoining private bathroom and toilet (separated by a partition) and a desk. - Separate toilet with sink. Upper floor: - 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 160x200 cm) with an adjoining private shower room and toilet (partitioned off). - 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 140x190 cm) with an adjoining, partitioned bathroom and toilet, shared via a double doorway with the 4th separate bedroom (2 single beds, 90x190 cm).
