Upstairs: mezzanine under the eaves with void over the living room (2 single beds 90x190 cm) and a separate WC. Total floor area: 105 m² including attic areas. Private outdoor space. The owners and their son have renovated a third cottage in this house, which features typical Beaufortain architecture. With independent access and a private outdoor space, this cottage is tastefully furnished and offers quality amenities. Shops are available in Hauteluce, Les Saisies, or Beaufort during the tourist season. Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac is the Maison des Fonds, with its three gites, next to the owners' house.
