  • You live in a newly renovated high quality apartment / house on two levels. On the ground floor is the large living and dining area with tiled stove. A cozy corner couch invites you to relax or watch TV. From there you get to the large south-facing terrace, which is equipped with awning and garden furniture and loungers. Access to the garden, barbecue available. On the first floor are two bedrooms - a rural with south facing balcony and a modern one. In the modern bedroom could also be an extra bed set up, travel cot can be provided. Bathroom with toilet. Non smoking home! Wi-Fi available.

Eine gemütliche Wohnung, in der alles da ist, was benötigt wird, mit einem tollen Kachelofen in einer super ruhigen Lage direkt am Wald. Sehr entspannte und freundliche Vermieter. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Zum Schliersee geht's zu Fuß und hinter dem Haus direkt rauf zur Wanderung. Absolute Empfehlung!

Frau und Herr Sigel sind sehr herzlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Kinder haben gern im Garten gespielt. Ich genius meine Tasse Kaffee in der Morgensonne auf der Terrasse. Die Kuche hat alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem und die Zimmern geräumig. Das Badezimmer hat sogar eine Fußbodenheizung. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: es gibt Wnderwege, die direkt hinterm Haus losgehen und man kann bequem zum Schliersee spazieren. Wir wurden die Wohnung jeder Zeit weiter empfehlen.

Urlaub im Alpenvorland

Wir waren eine Woche (Samstag bis Samstag) in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Sigel zu gast.Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut auf Familien ausgerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind großzügig bemessen, wir konnten gut das Reisebett für unseren kleinsten aufstellen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, hier hat nichts gefehlt! Von Hausham aus sind alle Ausflugsziel der Region gut erreichbar, einige Wanderwege starten direkt hinter dem Haus! Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Unser Kurzurlaub war toll.Großzügige Wohnung. Sehr ruhig gelegen und sauber. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Einrichtung von modern bis ältere Familienmöbel. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in Hausham bei Familie Sigel.Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen👍 Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, eine bequeme Sitzecke am Kamin und sehr bequeme Betten für einen erholsamen Schlaf 😴 Der Außenbereich mit Tischgruppe und Sonnenliege lädt zum Verweilen ein. Familie Sigel ist sehr Gastfreundlich und Hilfsbereit ! Man bekommt ausreichend Tipps, wo man gut essen , radeln oder wandern kann. Hier nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön ❣️

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Wir waren über die Osterferien bei Familie Sigel in Hausham und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Ferienwohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen und bot genug Platz für unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders genossen haben wir den großen Garten und die eigene Terrasse. Die Kinder konnten sich frei auf dem gesamten Grundstück bewegen. Das große Highlight war für sie der Hühnerstall und die frischen Eier. Von Hausham selbst kann man sehr schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Direkt hinter dem Haus von Familie Sigel gehen die ersten Touren los. Vielen Dank an Familie Sigel für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Hausham. Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut ruhig gelegen, top ausgestattet, und in kürzester Entfernung bietet sich eine große Auswahl an Ausflugszielen. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen sind die sehr aufmerksamen und herzlichen Vermieter. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!

Eine schöne Zeit

Wir haben eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und entspannt, wir fühlten uns direkt willkommen. Tolle Ausgangslage zum Schliersee und Tegernsee

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit seiner ruhigen Lage sehr genossen. Es war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat super geklappt. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. In der Morgensonne haben wir auf der Terrasse gerne unser Frühstück eingenommen. Der Ort Hausham ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Schliersee bzw. Spitzingsee sowie zum Tegernsee, ebenso zu diversen Bergtouren. Auch zum Chiemsee ist es nicht weit. Gerne wieder.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Wer einen ruhigen Winter- oder Sommerurlaub genießen möchte, kann diese Unterkunft ohne zu zögern buchen. Die Wohnung ist quasi eine Doppelhaushälfte. Dadurch hat selbst eine Familie viel Platz. Die Unterkunft ist hochwertig eingerichtet und man könnte ohne Probleme jeden Tag kochen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderbar Zeit

Ein toller Urlaub in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Wir waren zu dritt dort, und es gebe auch noch Platz für viel mehr. Tolle Ausgangslage für die na liegenden Berge zum rodeln und Skifahren. Bestimmt auch sehr zu empfehlen im Sommer. Direkt am Waldrand und somit in der Natur gelegen. Nach der wunderschönen Tegernsee ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.

Wir waren vollkommen begeistert von der Lage ! Sehr zentral zum Schliersee, Tegernsee, Chiemsee ! Die Einrichtung war super! Geräumige Zimmer ,schöner Garten und Balkon! Die Vermieter waren sehr lieb, es gab sogar frisch gebackenen Pflaumen Datschi! Nur zu empehlen, vor allem wenn man mit Kindern reist! Viele Möglichkeiten von Schwimmbädern bis Berg und Fahrradtouren! Immer wieder gerne!
