Located at one of the narrowest points on Hatteras Island, this seven-bedroom/six- and one-half-bath home pulls off the nearly impossible feat of checking all the boxes on your wish list and then some. Whether you choose to launch a kayak or paddleboard from the backyard or walk the few steps to the Atlantic Ocean for some beach time fun, you are nearly surrounded by water. This, too, includes the 14’ x 28’ private pool surrounded by beautiful sound views. Plan on lunch at the picnic table, with a gas grill nearby to fire up the crowd’s favorite fare. Watersport lovers and anglers will love the under-house storage area for their gear, and everyone will find the outdoor shower an ideal convenience.
