The only “bad” part was that check out was at 12pm and I asked for a late check out and the staff said they could only extend it to 12:30pm. I let that staff member know that I am an IHG member (A perk of being of being an IHG member is late check out) and she said that 12:30 was all she could do. I would have understood if she said she couldn’t because the room was allotted to an incoming guess but she didn’t look at any computer or papers she just said 12:30. Which lead me to believe she just did not want to extend my checkout. That was disappointing but everything worked out fine so I guess it’s okay. "
