"Lovely, friendly staff. Opposite the beach with a lovely view of the ocean. Walking distance into Napier city centre. Property needs some maintenance - the toilet roll holder was falling off and the bathroom needs maintenance in general but it is close to the centre with lovely staff."

"I stayed two nights before and after a Taupo trip. The first night in a one bedroom room was nice but severely ripped wallpaper in the bedroom and a hole in the wall. The second night was in room 5, a one bedroom. Ripped wallpaper and marks on the wall, something stuck to the carpet, broken blind ..."
