"we had been travelling around Jutland and we were staying in some old hotels that were not as clean per our standards. So we opted to have something with a little more with the North American feel to it. And this property did not disappoint at all. We loved it there."
"Nicely presented hotel and lobby, however, room was quite basic.
Nice dinning facility, booking APP suggested that restaurant was always quite full, however, restaurant itself did not seem busy. "
"Comfortable stay in a nice room. I prefer my bed made for me rather than folded under a cover. I slept in and arrived 10mins before breakfast ended and very little was left. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable, though better coffee and a hairdryer is needed. "
"It is a cute little hotel right in the heart of Horsens. They have bikes but most everything is walkable. You can bike it walk to the fjord, which is a beautiful park. There is a lot of food and shopping nearby. I personally loved the breakfast (but that be because I'm used to the terribly mid breakfast offerings in America). The staff was lovely and the hotel very clean. I would go back."
"Beautiful quiet location and wonderful breakfast included in the price. It was also very special to have high quality loose teas available for breakfast. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Tak

"Daniel& Jacob Aarhus is a great simple residence. There is no reception, yet the service is excellent (thank Rude and Alex). The kitchens are great and the rooms are comfortable. "
"The cabins are old and need a bit of work. In the ‘wet’ room bathroom, the water from the shower ran away from the drain and out towards the kitchen.
The crockery, pots and pans weren’t clean and the mattresses were stained, saggy and soft.
It’s very basic accommodation but as they charge you more than a family room at a good hotel it needs to be much better."

"Great spacious rooms and nice location, except that the hotel is situated next to many bars & pubs which can get loud on weekends until the early hours."
"The property is a little bit out of the city, but T the tram stops directly outside the hotel, so once you realise this everything seems very accessible. The rooms are good (if a little dark) and the communal areas welcoming; the whole hotel has an industrial-style decor which works well. Breakfast was excellent and the gym and sauna great, although you have to wait for this to heat up (although it can be set to heat up automatically, this has to be done each day).
We loved our stay, and used the rental bikes which can be hired outside to get about the city and to go to the beach.
All in all, highly recommended. "
