We had dinner at the nearby Mitu restaurant and the restaurant charged us twice which I think was an honest mistake. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for the next two days which meant we couldn't contact the restaurant re the double charge as we were scheduled to move on to the next city on our tour. We approached the hotel staff to see if they could contact the restaurant on our behalf to get them to check the restaurant records. They were very helpful and the counter staff volunteered to go over to the restaurant when it reopen for business after the two day break to explain the situation to the restaurant. Anyway in short, the hotel staff was able to get the restaurant to reverse one of the charge.
