Freeway access going in both directions is a breeze, road out front is newly paved (as of July '25). This unit has one of the best views of the mountains across the valley. We never had any issues with parking. The unit itself: on the smaller side (ex: couch fits 2 people 1 side chair, each bathroom can really only have 1 person in them at a time) \*but\* who's spending much time in the rental when in Banff. Both bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen had what we needed to make a few meals, internet worked well, bathrooms had essentials: shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it to someone visiting Banff.There are shared BBQs around the property, accessible through the "backyard" -- a great way to cook a large dinner. Stock up on groceries and gallons of water (the water in Banff isn't great) at the Safeway in Canmore. ##### adria c. Air conditioning in bedroom not working. Dust on microwave and all shelves. Spider web by fireplace couldn’t open dishwasher door all the way to load.
