Needed a rental after camping with friends for a few nights in Banff and this spot was excellent. The complex seemed busy, as it appears most if not all units are up for short term rentals, but we did not have any unruly neighbors or noise issues. Accommodation was as advertised and well suited for four adults. The unit was easy to find and the host gave us instructions for everything ahead of time. They were also very responsive to messages. The unit was clean and had everything in it that we needed. The view was great from the balcony as well! The townhouse is right off the highway but you can’t hear the traffic from inside which was great. The only trouble we had was with the WiFi. We connected without issue but the actual strength of the WiFi was very poor. It wasn’t usable from upstairs unfortunately. We never had any issues with parking. The unit itself: on the smaller side (ex: couch fits 2 people 1 side chair, each bathroom can really only have 1 person in them at a time) \*but\* who's spending much time in the rental when in Banff. Both bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen had what we needed to make a few meals, internet worked well, bathrooms had essentials: shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it to someone visiting Banff.There are shared BBQs around the property, accessible through the "backyard" -- a great way to cook a large dinner.
