You\`ll be just a... → 16 min drive to Banff → 7 min walk from Policeman Creek Trail → 6 min drive to Downtown → 13 min Canmore Nordic Centre There is no public transit around so we recommend that you either have a car or a bike. The suite is around 5 mins away from Canmore and 16 min from Banff. The place is also very close to the biking and hiking trails. It is perfect to explore and have a great day of adventure. :) \-Pets weighing up to 30 lbs can stay in the unit. \-This building is conveniently located right next to the highway. \-We have security cameras in the building\`s common areas. These will be on during your stay. \-Other tenants and road noise may be audible during your stay. \-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed. \-Ongoing bathroom renovations in the building may result in some daytime noise. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation. 7\. This unit has a maximum capacity of 4 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed. 8\. PETS: Your furry friends are welcome! Our pet fee is $25 CAD per pet, per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pets unattended inside the unit. Due to building regulations, only pets that are 30 lbs. or less are accepted. \*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation). 9\. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post\`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages. 10\.
