This combo is including two townhouses.
Each unit has two bedrooms, two bathroom, one sofa bed. Fitting for 14 Adults, newly reno and different decor!

Other things to note We're not big fans of the term "House Rules" - we want everyone to have a great time and enjoy themselves. Still, here are some requests from us to help make your stay more enjoyable and also to protect our suite... - Please remove shoes while in the home.
- Please no smoking. Smoking will result in a $500 fine by Bighorn County. - The building has a quiet time of 10 PM. Please abide by that. -Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
-Garbage and Recycling: Please do not leave garbage outside; if you wish to dispose of garbage and recycling there are garbage and recycling bins located at the entrance of the lodge.
***Please Note - Indoor heated pool, Gym and Outdoor hot tub are currently not available due to litigation issue ***

Convenient location with good highway access between Canmore and Banff. We got two units side-by-side to accommodate 7 adult family members. Loved that park passes were provided which saved us $22 CAD a day on two vehicles. They also provided bear spray. It's little things like that, that add up to a great experience and value.
Clean, modern and super convenient townhomes. We had a family of 11 people that stayed comfortably in these two townhomes. We had a great time visiting Banff and Lake Louise. Owner was super responsive and had clear instructions for check in and out ahead of time. We cooked dinner at night and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Seating 11 people for dinner at night was a bit challenging, but we managed. Overall a great experience.
The units are part of a larger condominium complex that is located just west of Canmore between the entrance to Banff National Park and Canmore. Very short drive to Canmore and about 5 to 10 minutes to downtown Banff. It is adjacent to Highway 1, but you really don't hear it, so you easily can get where you want to go. Clean and comfortable. Stocked with everything you need. Hot tub was closed when we were there but it was much better to drive to Banff and enjoy the natural hot springs. Owner/ manager was very responsive during the booking process and when we arrived. Looking to possibly return in the summer months although the views are fantastic in the the winter and various adventurs very accesible
Excellent play to stay for visiting the Banff area
Very nice and clean property. The property owner is pro-active in communications and quick to respond to your queries. Pass to visit Banff National Park was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Only disappointment, that we adjusted quickly to, was a much smaller second bathroom. The instructions on check-in and check-out were very clear. the internet worked flawlessly. The kitchen amenities were very helpful -did not have to buy coffee/sugar etc.
The location is about mile or so from the entrance to the Banff National Park and with the pass included getting into the park was breeze. I highly recommend this place for your visit to the Banff area.
