It was a good peaceful property with good neighbourhood.
I just wished it was a little more cleaner. We arrived late on the property and checkin was smooth, except we were provided wrong keypad code but it was quickly resolved upon a call to the host. When we entered the floor was dusty and vac smelling due to some prior debris in it.
I recommend booking it, if you want a good peaceful time but do check on cleanliness prior to arrival.

Fairly clean. Would of liked it to be swept better, still lots of sand, especially in the bathroom. Ceiling fans and vents had lots of dust on them. The pool area could of been kept up and updated.

We stayed 1 night for a comedy show in Ovation Hall. We had wheelchair access seats for my elderly parents and they had us walking all over the venue as our seats were given away. 2 non disabled people had to be moved so that we could have seats. Staff was disorganized & clueless.
At bedtime, we noticed our bed had no fitted sheet, only a flat sheet, which we slept on but noticed in the morning it was stained.
Biggest issue was after a late checkout, I mistakenly left items in a top drawer (car keys, sunglasses, and headphones). When I went to the front desk to see if housekeeping had found it, they claimed that someone had already checked into the room at 2pm. The lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful & sent me to the security lost and found desk on the casino floor. They told me they were unable to check or even call into the room since someone was already in there.
A security guard said he went up but was not able to get into the room. I could see the geolocation in the find my AirPod app so knew it was still in there but they refused to allow me to go with them to ping it to make a noise and retrieve my belongings.
The manager of security (black guy w/ dreads & gray suit) said that he personally went up and checked all the drawers and found nothing in the room. HE LIED TO MY FACE. The next day when the guests checked out, my things were right where I said, and they did ship it back to me but it all could’ve been avoided. Service overall sucked, stay away!
