About this property

House on Lake Hartwell with amazing sunrises

  • Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lakefront retreat with private dock. Amazing views, easy walk to the lake/dock, privacy. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has an amazing screen porch with endless lake views. Enjoy an evening under the stars around the firepit.

    Escape the hustle and bustle, while still being only 5 minutes to downtown Hartwell for shopping and dining.

    Sun Life Lake Hartwell Marina directly across the lake for boat rentals and lakeside dining.

    Incredible views of Lake Hartwell. Very short and flat walk to the dock/water...less than 50 steps! Very secluded with no neighbors on either side. Very private dock as well. Deep water cove. Plenty of room for a boat trailer.

    We have two adult SUPs, one kids SUP, one kids kayak and a splash mat.

    We call our home Sunrise Cove. Get up early and you will see why!
