We were pleasantly surprised. Our rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We attended an event at the Convention Center (about a 15 minute drive) and had dinner in West Hartford (about a 10 minute drive). Would definitely stay here again!

Although a nonsmoking hotel, our room had a distinct cigarette odor, and the living kitchenette also had an odor of some sort, like beer or alcohol. The carpet felt damp like it had been shampooed but hadn't completely dried, which meant the clothes in the closet felt damp, too. Breakfast was unremarkable. Parking was good, and hotel was convenient to hospitals, restaurants, and shopping.
