The staff was super friendly from being to end ! The food at the restaurant was very good but the drinks were even better!!! The property is conveniently located near the highway and other eatong optikns are in very close proximity.

Front Desk personnel is a pleasure!
The best part about this hotel was the front desk staff and manager, Hannah. We will not be staying there again next year.

The hotel needs to be updated. The furniture is from 1970. Our bed was awful. The springs are coming the the mattress. I think the pillows are from 1970 too, flat. We did not get a restful sleep either night.

The hotel itself is very clean staff are friendly and accommodating our hotel room is very clean and bathroom, and this place is very accessible to everything. Would love to come back and stay at Mariott Courtyard Hotel in Cromwell Connecticut

Uncooperative
Accidentally put in the wrong date, called the hotel over 48 hours in advance, refused to allow me to change the reservation. All money lost, so they got paid in full for doing nothing. My company uses this hotel for all of our visitors, all business will be going elsewhere in the future.

I have stayed at this property four or five times now. It offers everything that I need of it- a fair price, a good location, super friendly and competant staff and it is very clean with a comfortable bed. If your travel takes you to this area, I would strongly suggest that you consider staying here. I plan on keeping my business with them and I have no expectation that their excellent standard will fall off. Happy Holidays to all!

What a great welcome to this Courtyard. The front desk lady was super nice and friendly, I enjoyed my check-in experience. Was there for an ASHRAE meeting and the dinner that night was well served and tasty. Nice place to stay with generous sized rooms and a LARGE shower. Will stay there again.

Staff was great. Rooms feel like they're in need of upgrades. Shower head didn't work that well, some fixtures were starting to rust/chip, one lamp was flickering etc. Good location and layout, comfortable bed.

The staff at this property was by FAR the best of any property I have ever stayed in. Everyone was pleasant and and helpful. Ivan in particular, took great care of me when my Uber Eats order was delayed and then ultimately cancelled because they could not find a driver. The manager of this property should be quite proud of the entire staff.

A couple of things...
The toilet in room 336 squealed in a high pitch for quite a long time after being flushed. Not so great, especially in the middle of the night. Our room was clean, but in some of the walkways and public spaces, the floors were stained and dirty. We have stayed here previously and not had these problems. We especially enjoyed the woman and man who cook and serve in the Bistro. Very friendly and very good food!
