I was disappointed with my stay. For one, the room we ordered was different, we got apartment 163 instead of 134. There was no AC, no curtains, there was no hair dryer despite the description, the TV did not work. The owner avoided us when we called them. The room was very hot all day. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; the description photos showed a completely different bed, in reality the bed was a reclining sofa. I would never stay in this place again and don't recommend it to anyone.

Great location beside Golden Gate, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Staff extremely helpful though music from downstairs can be too noisy on late Friday and Saturday nights
