"Room was very clean. Beds were comfy. My only complaint is the didn’t get very hot in showers and it’s a jacuzzi/shower so big step to get in and out."

"They did not have enough staff for volume of people needing help only 1 at desk all week, long waiting and not experienced. Computer problems, for staff, could not answer questions or communicate with other employees. The grounds are beautiful and they have added and cleaned up games, pool, grounds. Our condo however had moldy shower and would not drain. Floors were dirty, don't think condo was ready as towels were everywhere and missing."
