The location was great — off the road and peaceful but still extremely close to all of the shows and attractions. We were on the fourth floor but you couldn’t hear any neighbors when inside. We loved having the in suite washer/dryer. Every thing you could imagine already stocked in the kitchen helped as well. The jacuzzi AND shower combo was awesome. I enjoyed a few mornings on the balcony. We were a group of ladies and felt completely safe, which was a concern for us. Was very nice and clean. Kinda a pain to use the outside elevator and was told by front desk (have to check in at a different location) we didnt have to return the key card only to be told when we called to check out we had to bring them back because housekeeper wouldnt find them and we would be charged. We thought we would get to use the fireplace that was advertised, but it did not work. We were told afterwards that none of the fireplaces work. We enjoyed having the use of the washer & dryer, but the lint was greatly built up in the dryer. All of the blinds in the unit were in ill repair and we could not open them, which let a claustrophobic feel. The check-in and check-out staff were friendly and helpful especially in heklping us to add another night on the front end of our stay.
