This chain consistently has comfortable, nice-sized rooms and an above average free breakfast. The tub/shower, however, was really narrow, so you had to stand at a small angle. Weird.

Exceptionally clean. Very good breakfast. Easy access to restaurants and the highway. The grounds were unremarkable. Sits amid many businesses. Perfect place for our activities this trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Not as nice as other HI Express but good price
Checking in was good. The staff while checking in were polite, friendly, and professional. The staff on the clock when checking out in the morning was not as pleasant. I was checking out about 5:15 and had to ask for hot water because they only had coffee out. He let me in the breakfast area to get hot water and watch me to make sure I didn't take anything that was already set up in the breakfast area. That is too bad, seeing that I have been to other HIEs that understand people have leave early and will let me get some breakfast if it's ready. It looks as if the room had newer furniture. But it still showed age. The carpets are worn. The bathroom had relatively fresh paint but was peeling and showed where there were water problems above the shower. The steel door frame of the bathroom had rust coming through the paint. I saw that the panel of the bathroom door had come apart, so they nailed it back onto the rest of the door. The stain/finish on the bathroom door was coming off. That being said, I have stayed at another hotel at this same exit. This property is cleaner, and better maintained than the other property. I just think that the three hotels at this exit are all aging and show it. By the way there is an indoor pool, but no hot tub.

Great service! Would highly recommend
Service was incredible from everyone we dealt with. No complaints whatsoever. The shower tub however was so narrow that you had to practically stand on an angle to shower.

The bathroom in our room was dirty and in need of upkeep. The floor was dirty and the bottom of the shower had a weird spot on it. There were four people in our room and only towels for 2.

The room was very clean. It had great water pressure and lighting and I liked the usb ports to plug my devices into. They also had good TV choices for little kids like Disney Jr and Nick Jr

Nice. Clean and updated. One downside was we needed maintenance on a Saturday and they said they were not coming in. I said well we need them to fix something today and they expected us to fix it ourselves. The manager then came to apologize for the front desk person.

Breakfast was disappointing
We came down for breakfast around 9am and there was no food left except packaged food. The coffee was empty and the person running it was no where to be found. Finally she came out and said her over was "down" and she couldn't prepare any more food. It was very disappointing. We had to go out and get breakfast and coffee.

The room was nice and clean, and very comfortable. Quick and easy check-in. The only complaint was that the breakfast was pretty picked over, and a lot of the food was already gone.

Low end location, staff was responsive and helpful but difficult to find. Door handles open when pushed UP?!? The halls and elevator were rough. TV channels were inaccesible. Breakfast was very limited. . Multiple dining locations were nearby. Wouldn’t return.

Property was just renovated. Overall good-one ice machine in the whole building and it smelled fishy and mildewy in that room but nowhere else. Breakfast was out of things half an hour before ending and they never refilled so that was disappointing. Also found a pillow with a case on it in the closet-case had dried snot or something on it.

The hotel was convenient for visiting relatives. The most memorable part of the stay were the fantastic breakfasts that were served. We loved the fresh cinnamon rolls and talking to the chef who add sure everything was perfect. By far the best food at any hotel we stayed at during out 2 week trip.
