Harrison County Historical Village & Iowa Welcome Center

We arrived late after flying all day and then driving 2 hours and checked in. Once we got to our rooms we found bed bugs! So disgusting...not only on one room but 4 of the 5 we had booked for the family for a wedding!!!!! We all left and had to find a new hotel at midnight while none of the staff was helpful at the hotel in order for us to get a refund! They tried to tell us they wont refund until it was confirmed a pest company!!!! Upon showing our videos and pictures they just got more irritated with us. Expedia made the refunds happen though as we had videos of the bed bugs upon our arrival.
